Refunds, Privacy, Terms

 

Refunds - Luminous World usually collects only your initial deposit on workshops, though full payments sometimes go through us. Deposits are refundable for 7 days after payment. If cancelling after 7 days, the deposit can be transferred to any other workshop to be used within 4 years of receipt, but is not refundable. For image sales, all sales are final. Should a file become corrupted, we will replace it. 

Privacy - At Luminous World we understand that your privacy is important. In order to provide the services on offer, we will collect some personal information about you, like name, address, passport number and expiration date. This information will be given to your photographer and his agency to facilitate your workshop with them. It will never be sold, rented or given to anyone else.  We will always safeguard your personal information to the best of our ability: including the use of protected computer systems, encrypted files and secure databases. Payment information, including credit card numbers, is necessary to process payments online. This information will only be collected via secure third-party payment gateways and will NOT be known by or stored by Luminous World.

Terms & Conditions - Contact us first for complete details, questions and payment information. Terms vary by workshop but are fairly standard. You will be linked to the terms that apply to your workshop and be sent a registration form. Once you review the terms and sign the registration, only then will we send you a payment link to a secure payment gateway.
